Non Refundable Deposit & Order Processing Policy

Thank you for choosing Cusswords And Coffee / Sabrina’s Window. To ensure accuracy, timely production, and fair scheduling for all customers, the following policies apply to all custom orders.

1. Order Posting & Invoice Access

Once your deposit is received, your order is officially logged and posted on our website:

www.sabrinaswindow.com

All orders are listed under your government first name and the first three letters of your last name. Please use this format when locating your order.

Your invoice will include a complete and transparent breakdown of your selections, including:

• Paper weight

• Image size

• Paper pack name

• Total number of sheets ordered

This ensures you can review every detail of your order with clarity.

2. Payment Deadline

Invoices are posted weekly by Tuesday at midnight (EST). Once your invoice is issued, you have 72 hours to pay the remaining balance in full.

3. Non Refundable Deposit

Your deposit secures materials, production time, and administrative processing. For this reason, deposits are strictly non refundable.

If the remaining balance is not paid within the 72 hour window:

• Your order will be automatically canceled

• Your deposit will be forfeited

• Reserved items, materials, and production slots will be released back into inventory or made available to other clients

4. Order Adjustments

If you need to make changes to your order to stay within your budget, please contact me as soon as possible.

To request adjustments, provide:

• Your TikTok name

• Your government name

5. Shipping & Tracking

Once your remaining balance is paid in full, your order will be prepared for shipment. You will receive tracking information so you know exactly when your goodies are on their way.

6. Purpose of This Policy

Deposits allow us to:

• Secure specific materials for your custom order

• Reserve dedicated production time

• Cover administrative and processing costs

Unpaid or abandoned orders result in lost time, resources, and availability for other customers. This policy ensures fairness, efficiency, and timely service for everyone.

By paying your deposit, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
